S.5.16 requires practices to have a policy in relation to acting in a purchase of a leasehold property. The policy must cover advice on practical and financial implications matters including ground rents. As stated in the guidelines, this area would also be expected via the overarching obligations as set out in the 8.6 of the SRA Code for Solicitors
