T's & C's: Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy Statement

This provision seeks to establish a defence under the Bribery Act 2010 by documenting the firm's commitment to having adequate procedures, namely, a zero-tolerance anti-corruption policy, to prevent persons associated with it from engaging in bribery.
