Rationale
To be used as an extension to existing exclusions this wording covers a number of areas including the excursion of advice or compliance with US FATCA legislation, the Common Reporting Standard, the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022, the Trust Registration Service, the National Security and Investment Act 2021 etc
