Rationale
Updates the data protection wording to reflect the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, which amended - but did not replace - the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Clarifies that references to "GDPR" in the Terms mean the UK GDPR and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.
