Rationale
An increasing number of clients have unrealistic expectations. Conveyancing can be an emotionally charged process. Occasionally, clients can be confrontational and step over the boundaries of acceptable behaviour. Unfortunately it is now necessary for Terms to define and deal with the implications of threatening behaviour.
